Monsignor Robert J. Vitillo, secretary general of the International Catholic Migration Commission, opens a panel discussion on the Super Fast Track for early diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents living with HIV, during a July 16 ecumenical gathering on the eve of the International AIDS Conference in Durban, South Africa.
