"We’ve been four days without drinking water here, it rained so hard the water mains were washed away. But the mayor hasn’t done anything, that’s why I call this place the ‘Forgotten Neighbourhood’ ('el barrio olvidado'), the mayor and the municipality has forgotten about us. We’re in danger of being washed away by the river, and we have no drinking water. We are drinking rain water, but it’s not good for you."
