Msgr. Robert J. Vitillo, a special advisor on HIV and AIDS to Caritas Internationalis, speaks at a memorial Mass in Melbourne on July 20, 2014, to honor the AIDS scientists and others who lost their lives in the crash of a Malaysia Airlines plane shot down over Ukraine. They were on their way to Australia for the 20th International AIDS Conference, which Vitillo attended. The Memorial Mass was held in St. John the Evangelist Church in Melbourne.
