26 May 2017, Berlin, Germany: Under direction by Lars Parkmann from the Church of Sweden, the GETI'17 choir performs during a Bible study led by Professor Mika Vähäkangas from Finland, where students of the Global Ecumenical Theological Institute 2017 (GETI'17) explored the concept of Reconciliation, based on readings from Genesis 33: 1-17. Meeting in Berlin on 19 May - 1 June 2017, the Global Ecumenical Theological Institute 2017 (GETI'17) gathers young Christian theologians from Europe and around the world to study and experience horizons of an ecumenical theology and ecclesiology. GETI’17 is organized under the patronage of the Conference of European Churches, and works under three key themes: Reforming Theology, Migrating Church, and Transforming Society.
